How do I pay for my tour?

After we confirm your booking, you'll receive a secure payment link via email. We accept all major credit cards and e-transfers. Payment is due 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

What happens if it rains?

We conduct tours in light rain, providing umbrellas if needed. In severe weather, we offer full refunds or free rebooking to any future date that works for your schedule.

Are the tours accessible?

Most routes are wheelchair accessible, though some heritage sites have limitations. Please mention mobility needs in your booking so we can plan the best route.

Can I request a specific guide?

We match guides based on tour type and availability. For private tours, you can request a specific guide when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 72 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive tour credit valid for one year.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, digital gift certificates are available for any tour or custom amount. They make excellent gifts for architecture enthusiasts, history buffs, or anyone curious about Canadian cities.
